Pricing questions

Everything else you need to know before you start.

What counts as a 'staff account'?
Anyone with a sign-in to the dashboard - therapists, front-of-house, owners. The customer-facing portal does not count.
What counts as a 'resource'?
Any bookable thing: a room, a sauna, a treatment bed, or a piece of equipment. Multiple resources can be required for a single service (e.g. a 'recovery circuit').
Do I have to use Stripe?
Stripe is required for online card payments. You can still take cash, bank transfer, or external payments and record them against an invoice manually.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts. Cancel any time. Annual plans are paid up front and save roughly two months versus monthly billing.
Do you offer enterprise or franchise pricing?
Yes - for groups running 3+ workspaces with shared admin we have a custom plan. Contact us for details.
What happens if my trial ends without payment?
Your workspace shifts to a read-only paused state. We hold your data for 30 days so you can return without losing anything.
